Am I a healthy weight?

You seem switched on, enough to realise that you may be on the way to being underweight. You sound fine to me, but do keep an eye on your weight and if you keep losing more, then maybe go see the doctor or dietitian to see if they can help with your diet or determine why you are still losing weight.Don't stress about it! 3 days ago 1 person rated this as good Thanks!
