Can I loose weight by not exercising? I have a broken arm..?
it's pretty hard to stick to a diet if your only eating one type of food. But diet is a huge part of losing weight. Eat lean proteins to help you fill up. Throw a small chicken breast on top of your salad or some tuna. It will help you feel fuller longer. I'm always starving after I eat a salad unless I have some protein with it. Breakfast smoothies with yogurt,fruit, milk and juice are a great way to start your day, and they are filling. Sounds like most kinds of exercising is out for you with your injuries for a t least a couple of weeks.
